Your dolphin experience takes place inside Delphinus Xcaret, located at Chetumal Km. 282, 77710, Playa del Carmen.
Upon entering Xcaret Park, you'll be given a bracelet. The dolphin swim time will be assigned to you upon arrival. Please be ready to show your bracelet at your scheduled time slot.
